Hotel Warszawa Spa & Resort - Augustow

The facilities for kids were very nice, from the playroom to pedal boats at the lake. We were thrilled with our spacious family room setup.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious, especially with a separate area for the kid. We really enjoyed the tasty breakfast options that was so great.

Lovely hotel in a fine location with comfortable beds and friendly staff. The spa offers a great private jacuzzi and salt cave for relaxation. Breakfast is diverse, ensuring satisfying mornings. Just be aware that noise can occasionally disturb your serenity.

The views of the lake from the upper floors are amazing and worth every penny. You can really enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in that scenery. The diversity of breakfast options was solid, catering to different tastes and even special diets, so you won't be stuck with the same old choices.

The spa's size is a letdown-it's cramped and lacks variety were great. Expect inconsistency in noise insulation too. I heard plenty from the neighboring rooms, disrupting my peace. The bathrooms were a bit small, and getting the warm water to the fourth floor took too long, diminishing the shower experience. If you're looking for staff that consistently delivers, you might need to lower expectations there, as service can be hit or miss. Lastly, some facilities just aren't up to par-available dining options seemed limited at times, disappointing considering the setting.

Did not have money exchange center at the hotel so we had to travel in to town

Room was very comfortable with one of the best bathrooms/showers in Poland. The rate was high however, even though it included breakfast and internet, 460 PLN/$143.00 per night. Very good breakfast buffet.

The coffee machine used for the breakfast buffet has to go. It was so slow there was always a line of people waiting to get coffee. Very frustrating. Parking was an extra 25 PLN per night.

The hotel boasts an really good location, just a short walk from Augustów's Public Beach, offering various activities. The staff in the spa were friendly and attentive, while the breakfast spread was satisfying. Noise in the rooms could be improved for a more restful sleep.

3 stars hotel which is in a process to become 4 stars hotel. Excellent !!!!!!!

Friendly staff, everything well organized, large rooms. Perfect location, close to the main road but on a lake, good restaurant.

Although superbly maintained, some parts of the hotel look 25 years old.
